About SWFOI

SWFOI Students Welfare Foundation of India exists to support students through awareness, guidance, outreach, and meaningful opportunities.

We work to make education feel less confusing, opportunities more accessible, and student support more human. Everything we do is rooted in impact, empathy, and responsibility.

Who Is an SWFOI Leader

An SWFOI Leader is someone who

• Actually cares about students and their realities
• Believes impact matters more than popularity
• Is ready to take responsibility, not just credit
• Communicates with empathy and honesty
• Understands that leadership is service, not status

Leaders act as the bridge between students, communities, and the SWFOI core team. They guide, support, and amplify the right initiatives when it matters.

Minimum age to apply is 18years.

Important Eligibility Requirement

Before applying to become an SWFOI Leader, you must be an active member of SWFOI.

Membership helps you understand what we stand for, how we work, and how we support students. If you are not a member yet, join SWFOI first and then apply once your membership is confirmed.

What SWFOI Leaders Actually Do

This is not a passive title.

As an SWFOI Leader, you may​

• Be a first point of contact for students seeking guidance
• Help spread awareness about SWFOI initiatives and opportunities
• Guide students toward the right resources and next steps
• Coordinate with the SWFOI team on student matters
• Support outreach, awareness campaigns, and community efforts
• Represent SWFOI values with integrity and heart
• Be present when students need clarity, motivation, or support
