Students Wellbeing Foundation of India (SWFOI)

 

Leaders at Students Wellbeing Foundation of India are the backbone of our mission. They are the ones who step up take charge and help create real change for students on the ground. If you care about student safety wellbeing empowerment and community impact this is your space.

WHO IS A LEADER

A Leader at SWFOI is someone who
• Believes in standing up for students
• Wants to create impact beyond social media
• Is ready to take responsibility and lead by example
• Can guide support and represent students ethically

Leaders act as connectors between students communities and the SWFOI core team.

Minimum age to apply is eighteen years.

WHAT LEADERS DO

As a Leader you may be involved in
• Coordinating student support and safety initiatives
• Organising awareness programs and campaigns
• Guiding volunteers and members in your area
• Helping students with guidance and referrals
• Representing SWFOI at local level activities
• Promoting a culture of safety respect and wellbeing

Roles may vary based on need location and capacity. Leadership is impact driven not position driven.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM LEADERS

We look for people who
• Are proactive and reliable
• Communicate responsibly and respectfully
• Follow all SWFOI policies and guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity
• Put student safety and wellbeing first

Leadership here is about accountability not authority.
