Students Wellbeing Foundation of India (SWFOI)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing using or interacting with the website of Students Wellbeing Foundation of India (SWFOI) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes browsing the website submitting any form registering as a member volunteer or leader making a donation attending events or engaging with SWFOI in any manner.
If you do not agree with these terms you must not use this website or any services provided by SWFOI.
2. About SWFOI
Students Wellbeing Foundation of India (SWFOI) is a Section 8 company operating in India with a focus on student safety wellbeing empowerment guidance and community support.
All activities services and communications are governed by Indian laws only.
3. Eligibility
To engage with SWFOI the following age criteria apply
• Members must be fifteen years or above
• Volunteers must be fifteen years or above
• Leaders must be strictly eighteen years or above
By submitting any form or payment you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. SWFOI reserves the right to verify age at any stage.

4. Nature of Services
SWFOI provides guidance awareness coordination and support related to student welfare safety wellbeing and empowerment.
SWFOI does not provide legal medical police or emergency services.
SWFOI does not replace government authorities emergency responders or professional service providers.
All assistance provided is guidance based and best effort only.

5. Membership and Leadership
Membership and leadership are privileges not rights.
• Approval is subject to SWFOI discretion
• Completion of registration and verification is mandatory
• SWFOI may accept reject suspend or terminate any membership or leadership without assigning reasons
Members leaders and volunteers do not acquire ownership voting rights decision making authority or legal entitlement over SWFOI by virtue of association or payment.

6. Registration Timeline
After successful payment for membership or leadership
• Applicants must complete the registration form within seven to ten working days
• Failure to complete registration within this period will result in cancellation
• No refunds or transfers will be allowed in such cases

7. ID Cards
• Digital ID cards for members will be issued within ten working days after registration completion
• Physical ID cards for leaders will be issued within fifteen working days after registration completion
• Timelines may vary due to verification or operational requirements
SWFOI is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

8. Payments Donations and Fees
All payments made to SWFOI are
• Non refundable
• Non transferable
• Final once processed
This applies to
• Membership fees
• Leadership fees
• Donations
• Event payments
Payments may be collected via
• Website payment gateways
• Bank transfers
• Cheques
• Other authorised modes as introduced in future
Donations do not grant donors any rights control influence or claims over SWFOI.

9. Code of Conduct
All users members volunteers and leaders must
• Act responsibly respectfully and ethically
• Follow SWFOI guidelines and policies
• Avoid misuse of name logo identity or platform
Any misconduct misuse misrepresentation or violation may result in immediate termination without notice or refund.

10. Use of Website
Users agree not to
• Misuse the website or content
• Upload false misleading or harmful information
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Disrupt website functionality
SWFOI reserves the right to restrict suspend or block access without notice.

11. Intellectual Property
All content including text graphics logos designs and materials belong to SWFOI.
No content may be copied reproduced modified distributed or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
SWFOI shall not be held liable for
• Decisions taken by users based on guidance provided
• Outcomes of student situations beyond coordination and support
• Loss damage or inconvenience arising from participation
• Actions of third parties volunteers or external agencies
All engagement is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

13. Termination
SWFOI reserves the absolute right to
• Terminate membership leadership volunteer roles
• Suspend access
• Deny services
This may be done without prior notice and without refund where deemed necessary for safety integrity or organisational interest.

14. Changes to Terms
SWFOI may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
